Happy New Year Pt 2

Happy lunar new year everyone!! It's a HUGE holiday in Korea (bigger than Christmas and the other new year) and fun fact: Koreans think that if you don't eat this special soup on the lunar new year, then you don't actually get a year older. So you all better go find some 떡국 real fast. (or if you'd rather not age, then just stick with what you're doin)

This week we went on a hike with our South African friend and it was so fun!!! We were able too testify about eternal families and promise her that she could see her dad and grandmother again. Also, I decided to never trust anyone again when they say it's an "easy hike" because neither me or my companion could walk the next day haha but it was worth it!!

The cute 2 less active girls came to church again and afterwards we watched President Nelson's talk on personal revelation and talked about prayer. It's always such a tender moment when we get to testify of a loving Heavenly Father who is constantly reaching out too His children in love. It's our choice whether we accept Him, but He is ALWAYS there waiting, ready too accept us!

We did a Book of Mormon proselyting activity with our district where we where we all went in different directions and talked to people about the Book of Mormon for an hour then met back together and talked about our experiences. It was an awesome opportunity too be super bold and share a book that has changed my life with these people I love so much!!

ALSO update: I found my first gray hair, which officially makes me a grandma missionary. Just though you all should know.

LOVE YOU ALL! Make it a great week wherever you are in the world!!
