Sister Sarah Cummings

I'm a Mom now!!

This week was crazy, but amazing!! I still don't really speak Korean (hah) but my companion and I teach a 20 min lesson in Korean almost every day! IT'S AWESOME:)

We got a new district this past week. They're all amazing. There's one sister from Romania, an elder from the Philippines, and an elder from Oregon. The elder from the the Philippines is 5'7'' and the elder from Oregon is 6'8''. Hahahaha they are the cutest companionship. I'll attach a picture. Anyways, the middle district are the parents and the oldest district are the grandparents. So this week I became a parent because we are officially the middle district! It's crazy that I've already been here for 3 weeks. That also means that the oldest district and the native district left to Korea (and California) this week. It was so sad. I will miss them so much!!

Yesterday (Sunday) at the MTC conference, our zone performed the EFY Medley in Korean. It was AMAZING and the spirit was SO strong. Random people around the MTC have come up to us saying how much they loved the song. We're basically famous around here (hahah jk). Everyone is so nice though.

This week we really focused on loving our investigator. It's hard when there is SO much Korean that I want to know, and I really can't express myself exactly the way that I want to. But we have been called to SERVE and LOVE. When we focus on the investigator and on their needs, the spirit is able to guide us to how to best help them and that's when the Gift of Tongues is really able to work!

I LOVE YOU ALL!!
